Ingredients      Quantity Notes  
Peeled Potatoes 4 Cup  
Peas 1/2 TCup Put some related Notes
Chopped Ginger 1 tsp  
Oil 2 tbsp  
Whole Red Chilli 1 no.  
Swad Cumin Seeds 1 tsp  
Swad Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp  
Directions :     


Heat oil in a kadhai add to it cumin seeds, Green chilli, Red chilli and ginger. Add potatoes to it and saute well till a bit golden in colour. Add salt, Red chilli powder and garam masala powder to it. Add peas to it. add coriander leaves to it and mix well.

 




 

Cooked fish should almost flake - if it actually does flake it's probably over cooked.
