Pink Sorbet

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (frozen strawberries best)
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tblsp Lemon Juice

Method:
  1. Pour fruit, sugar, water and lemon juice into a blender.
  2. Blend them well.
  3. Transfer mixture into a utensil.
  4. Refrigerate it for about 1 hour.
  5. Take it out of the freezer.
  6. Blend it again till it is smoothen.
  7. Again refrigerate it till ready to serve.
